As the Chairman of the Board, Jürgen Timm manages the activities and projects of the HIGH END SOCIETY. The well-connected marketing expert has extensive experience in the industry thanks to his many years working as the PR & Product Manager Europe at Pioneer & Onkyo Europe GmbH and is responsible for the coordination of marketing activities for the Japanese high-end producer Technical Audio Devices Labs (TAD).
Dieter Amann

With great skills in creativity and as an expert in thinking out of the box, Dieter Amann supports the association in its work and often provides new ideas and inspiration. In his main profession, he manages the company In-Akustik, which has established itself as one of the market leaders in the field of cable production in recent years. The company is part of the Braun Group, members of which include the cable specialist braunkabel, the model railway manufacturer BRAWA and Eagle Cable.
Mansour Mamaghani

Despite his demanding profession, Mansour Mamaghani still finds enough time to put his heart and soul into the work of the Board. He is the Managing Director of the family company Audio Reference, which is based in Hamburg, Germany. Over the past few years, the company has grown continuously and is now one of the largest distributors of high-end audio products in Germany.
Martina Laubert
Assistant to the Executive Board

As the Assistant to the Board, Martina Laubert works at the HIGH END SOCIETY office in the German city of Wuppertal, where she deals with all of the association’s administrative and organizational tasks. She has been a member of the team and a contact for our members since January 2020. Her work is supported by her many years of experience as a secretary to international management boards.
Kurt Hecker

Kurt W. Hecker, a founding member of HIGH END SOCIETY e.V., passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 86. He shaped the audio industry for many years and contributed significantly to the development and promotion of high-quality audio technologies. As a committed pioneer and visionary in the field of high-end audio, he leaves behind a lasting legacy.
